I’ve had to visit this location twice this year for a quick rental. Coincidentally, Adam Love is the one who has assisted me both times, and let me just say, he is the sweetest and provides amazing customer service. Rude, Arrogant, and Completely Unprofessional Staff. This location is an absolute joke, and the staff is the main reason. I’ve never dealt with someone so rude, arrogant, and openly disrespectful in a customer-facing role. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. The receptionist had a terrible attitude, spoke in a condescending tone, rolled their eyes, and acted like answering basic questions was some huge burden. No professionalism and no courtesy.On top of the awful behavior, my reservation meant nothing. Instead of offering solutions, the receptionist dismissed my concerns and basically implied “take it or leave it.” No apology, no effort, just arrogance and indifference. I don’t care how busy you are — there is absolutely no excuse

Everyone was polite and helpful, everything worked as it should. That last part seems to be a rarity this days. The suv I rented was spotless and ran well. I thought the price was fair.
