I'm an Enterprise frequent driver. I've used probably every location in and around Sacramento. It was my first stop at the Power Inn location and my service was a whole higher level. Not that I've ever gotten " bad service" at Enterprise It usually is what it is. But the Power Inn location takes customer service to a whole other level. I felt like I had a car rental concierge. Fast, efficient, personable, thorough, and the cleanest, best maintained, rental car I have ever driven and it wasn't new, they just do everything with the extra care. My destination may have been Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk but our vacation began the moment I walked into the Power Inn Enterprise rental car location. I won't use any other location going forward.
