Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Parking for customers is very confusing since it shares with another business. Check in took approximately 45-50 which is unacceptable, employees have no sense of urgency, no acknowledgement upon arrival. Vehicle was filthy at best, smelled like marijuana and once I mentioned it there was no offer to solve the problem besides saying this is all we have, no attempt to solve the problem by calling another location and since we needed a large vehicle we had no choice but to take it. Car was washed after asking if they expected us to take a very obviously dirty vehicle, really surprised that they would even try to send it out. Once we arrived at home I had to clean all the exterior windows since they didn’t dry it after the wash, dirt on dash which was really obvious, we found a slipped under

i had to rent a car through my insurance after an accident. front desk staff was very polite and friendly, despite being short staffed (so if you call them, that’s why it takes awhile for someone to pick up). very apologetic about the longer wait too. both getting a rental and returning a rental processes were quick once i was assisted. i had two different rental cars and both were clean and fully fueled. small tip of advise: this enterprise location gets very busy so bring a book or something to keep yourself occupied :)

Jennifer the manager is so great she gave me outstanding customer service was very knowledgeable and friendly. She knows to to attend to customers even when things are extremely busy and treats them all with care . I will continue to do business with this location as long as she is managing. Giselle is also very friendly and very hard working in fact the branch as a whole is great! Great job to Jennifer manager and her team!

Came in about an hour and a half before they closed to get a car since I was in an accident earlier that day. Over the phone, they were straightforward and let me know they were busy but they would do everything they could to get me a car that day. Once we arrived, we noticed how helpful and friendly all the ladies were that were helping the line that was almost out the door. They were super busy but very thorough and polite to everyone. The experience was very easy for us and is a shining light in San Bernardino for great service and kind employees.

Showed up to exchange a Nissan Murano for something bigger. Jennifer at the desk was more than accommodating. She was quick, efficient and professional with an up beat attitude and got us back on the road quickly. Also, the car needed a quick little wipe down and the guy who had a line of cars stopped what he was doing to help us get back on the road. Highly recommend this enterprise.
