I loved my rental. It was a running joke between friends and family about me driving a Malibu. To any Addams Family Values fans... I'd jokingly say "MALIBU BARBIE" Everyone that helped set up, hand over then return my rental was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Thank your whole team for the swift and easy rental

Terrible experience. I was referred here by Crash Champions, who said I’d get a discount through their partnership with Enterprise. I booked a Premium Luxury car (Audi A3, BMW 2 Series or similar) for a week at $349. When I arrived, those cars weren’t available. The staff offered a Hyundai Kona — clearly a downgrade — and then a Mazda MX-5, which I accepted. Then the bill came out to over $500. I was being charged more for a downgraded car. After I complained, they adjusted the price to roughly match my original quote, but I still got a lower-tier vehicle for the same cost. So much for the “discount.” Poor communication, misleading pricing, and no accountability. I walked away without renting. Won’t be coming back.
