Added bonus we had a lot of leg room with no issues along our drive. I have been in the sales and service industries for decades and the level of service that I received at Enterprise exceeded my expectations. My experience with Enterprise in Santa Clara was amazing! iMary was excellent with recommending the extra coverage for road accidents. That’s where my story begins. I left the lot without taking the coverage recommended by iMary and decided to turn around and get it. Boy, am I glad I did! As it turned out, I had a scrape on the freeway that could have cost me plenty! Well, I called the service desk and informed them of the incident and they were very accommodating and made a difficult (and somewhat embarrassing) situation very easy and, dare I say, pleasant. I had an amazing experience thanks to Ruby Jimenez. She was incredibly helpful, positive, and full of energy from the moment I arrived. You can tell she truly loves her job—her motivation and enthusiasm made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Ruby even offered to wash my car twice just to make sure it looked perfect before I left. I recently got into a car accident and needed a rental through my insurance. I originally selected the Enterprise location near my job, but I’m glad I was assigned to this location instead. At first, I was given a minivan that was too big, and I was told I could exchange it if needed. I returned the next day to switch to a smaller car, but that vehicle ended up being too uncomfortable to drive, so I came back again on the third day to exchange it. Lai (I believe that was his name) was very transparent both times about whether my insurance would fully cover the rental or if I would have to pay extra. He was honest about the limited vehicle availability since many people were returning from vacation, and he reassured me that it was completely okay to come back if I wasn’t comfortable with t
Horrible car service. My dad had bought a car from here for my brother and he passed sway a week after and my dad couldn’t return the car so me and my partner at the time decided to take over the lease and change the car. This was in 2020 of February. A year later I had to get the car fixed. The amount of issues my car had because enterprise didn’t do diagnostic on the car. They claim that they did but my struts had to be changed and my car was never in the snow. I’ve had to waste about $4,000 fixing the car up. I’ve owned Honda and Toyota and never have I ever had all these amount of problems. I called and they just dismissed the issues the car has. These people drive the cars around and use them to go home and go to work. Never again will I be buying from this company.
