Best staff at a rental car facility. The young woman who assisted me was top shelf professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my service dog and extended every kindness she could. This is my go to rental car business because of her and the other staff there. Thank you for your kindness and help!

After another Enterprise location was horrible, rude, and completely dropped the ball and didn’t have the truck we reserved for our snowboard trip, Chris stepped in and turned a stressful situation into an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, he was kind, calm, and genuinely cared about helping us. He went out of his way to find a solution, made the process seamless, and even surprised us with an upgrade. I’m using my daughter‘s phone, but I normally use this location all the time and I have to say customer service is fantastic from the supervisors to the managers. Everyone on the team at this particular location go above and beyond to help their customers their fast and efficient and they always take care of me. I appreciate Enterprise car rental in Santee. This place is awful ! If your insurance company is referring you here .... pick another place. You have the right to choose your own rental company. Let me save you the trouble -- Olivia is the worst!! I wanted to smack that girl into next week - could not believe she was giving me attitude to the extent that she was. So we get to this establishment and check in for our rental. After waiting a little while , a male employee comes out to move a vehicle and informed us that we were getting the SUV he was moving.. we are standing outside of the vehicle listening to the brakes squeak as he drives by. We say something but he tries to tell us they aren't squeaking LOL (the nerve) He finally hears it and agrees . Sooooo guess what ? We have no vehicle now because they are all out ! We have to w

In spite of the low inventory, and short in staff, Marco and Sarah, went above and beyond to accommodate everyone with a smile and great attitude! Sarah even waived the different location drop off fees when I told her I need to drop the car off in a location that closer to where I live! I highly recommend these two!
