I’ve rented cars here three times now and been satisfied every single time. Although I used different locations (Monterey, Airport, and Seaside), both pick-up and drop-off were incredibly smooth and easy. The staff at all locations are friendly and very chill. While walk-ins seem fine, I’d definitely recommend booking in advance for a better experience 😗

If I could I would leave 10 gold stars for service and friendliness of the staff that interacted with me. From the moment the gentleman who picked me to Mo and Chase getting me checked in and on my way was exceptional. I know the difference between sincere and contrived these guys are genuinely the real deal.

We had reserved a 7 passenger vehicle with another rental company and last minute they let us know they couldn't provide that vehicle. Moe at the Seaside location went above and beyond to procure the vehicle that we needed! When we picked it up, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He was very busy with the phones and other customers but was able to multi task efficiently without losing his cool He should be the CEO! :)
