Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I got a referral to Enterprise in Seekonk after my car was damaged in an accident. When I tell you that this customer service was amazing, I'm not kidding. James was hilarious, and even though I wasn't happy to get a rental car because I wished my own was intact and in one piece, talking with him was the absolute highlight of my day and he made the process of getting a rental car while waiting for my regular one to be repaired so much easier. Explained how everything would work with a great sense of humor, and I highly recommend renting from these guys. Just be nice to them, and they'll be nice to you in return

The team’s customer service have always been fantastic. They make the rental experience easy, quick and are always ready to help. They have the agreements ready for quick processing, the car is clean and ready and the drop off is just as easy. The team always very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about how make the process work best for me and my schedule. Thank you to you and the team that makes it all possible.

James at the this location was amazing. He helped me with this rental and the one before, and both times he went above and beyond. He showed me everything I needed to know about the car, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be renting again from this location.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the Seekonk Enterprise at all costs. This place is an absolute joke. I always pay my security deposit upfront and have NEVER had a single issue with my payments or cards. But the second I walk into this location, it’s clear that they couldn’t give a damn about me because I’m young. The staff here is ridiculously rude and treats you like you’re an inconvenience just for showing up. Let’s talk about the blatant favoritism: They save the good cars (like the luxury and sports models) for their family and friends. I was literally told I couldn’t get the Dodge Charger GT I reserved because they “had to take care of another reservation first,” even though the car was sitting RIGHT THERE. Meanwhile, I was already in an Enterprise vehicle. That’s insane. Every other
