Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Do not rent a car from this location nor drop one off. They are running an insurance scam. I have attached photos of the car that they say is damaged. You can clearly see no damage on the vehicle. Be careful when dealing with this location. The employee should be fired and the business investigated. I have contacted corporate about the issue and they are aware. My company will no longer spend our money with this business.

I needed to have a rental because I had to have my car in the shop getting fixed due to an accident with a deer. Enterprise was amazing & was able to get me into a rental even on a holiday weekend. I enjoyed having a little sporty Audi to put around in lol The staff was amazing & super helpful. Always kept me up to date & was super nice. I was able to leave my rental at Gerber Collision when I picked up my personal car and Enterprise picked it up from there & completed everything. I definitely recommend

Rented a car to get back to home from a 2 hr away town after delivering an airplane there. I rented the cheapest economy car that I fit my 6ft body hardly in. The cost was a little over $320 to take that car to another CA town only 2 hrs away! That was a little too expensive for my taste but it was the only practical option so I had to take it. Car was clean and low mileage and very economical on fuel consumption. But cost could be a little lower!

Jake Guttierrez did a great job checking us out and in. Both processes were fast. He was super helpful and pleasant. Will definitely use this location again.

Showed up at noon to pickup my rental, left at 12:30 after calling the number listed on the door and waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. Very unprofessional. Now I will have to spend more money on a ride back over to get my car rental later, if they actually arrive or answer the phone!
