Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was the first time I had rented a vehicle and I'm glad it was with this location. Service was fast and the staff were extremely friendly. Vehicle was spotless and well kept, no issues what so ever. Special shoutout to Jamiel who had helped me with both vehicle pickup and dropoff!

Service here has been above and beyond what I usually experience. Shuttle picked me up and dropped me back when I returned the car. Staff were courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would certainly rent from here again.

NO STARS. STAFF WAS HORRIBLE. WHAT YOU RESERVE WOULD NOT BE THERE. I booked a reservation for a luxury car (BMW, Audi, or something similar) just yesterday, and when I arrived, I was told there were no luxury cars available today or even tomorrow. The lady staff member at the counter was unnecessarily rude, and when I asked if I could at least switch to a midsize SUV for the same cost, I was told they had none. Their only available cars were a Chevy Malibu or a Nissan Sentra, completely unacceptable considering I reserved a luxury vehicle for an important event. I had no choice but to cancel my reservation and leave. This location is entirely unreliable and useless. Now I’m in an uber heading elsewhere. What a waste of time.

The customer service is great, especially David!! he went over and beyond. But the car selection on that site is not great. The price of the vehicle should match the quality of the car. That’s why I gave my experience a 4 out of 5.
