Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Reserved a truck but not available when we arrived. They upgraded us to a Genesis but I am not impressed and don’t feel like it’s an upgrade. Dirty and has damage in several places. Not impressed. Also, wasn’t able to connect Sirius which is a problem since we are traveling over 10 hours while we have it.

Worst experience renting a car I've ever had. This was the first time renting from Enterprise Rental. We reserved a car a month in advance, and when we got there, they didn't have any cars. They eventually got a car driven from a different location 3 hours after our reservation time, then it wasn't the right size we reserved. When we drove it, there was a mechanical problem (bad wheel bearing), so we called, and they treated us like we were the bad guys. They said they didn't mind if we exchanged it in Sioux Falls, but they didn't contact that branch, so we called their corporate roadside assistance for help with the exchange. Tiffany made the right call back in December when my son and I arrived, and made sure we had the vehicle we had reserved available that week. I really appreciated her going the extra mile to make sure a dad and his kid got to see their family for Christmas. You need more people like her working for your company across the nation, the most seemless rental transaction I've every been through even with a hitch.

Travelled for work, request a compact/intermediate vehicle. Check-in and out within 10mins. I got a clean Toyota Corolla 23/24. Great sound system. There is a 1/4” crack on the bottom right corner windshield and bent license plate which I informed the customer service representative. Make sure to always take pictures before check-out and pictures returning at the designated parking space. Total $205.39 for 3 days.

Worst experience 2 trips for work in a row. Both cars had serious mechanical problems, The people at the counter were rude in Sioux Falls and said it “wasn’t their car” and told me to go outside and rip this thing hanging down off myself, literally absurd I brought you a car with a problem I didn’t cause. In the the pre drive away inspection there is no requirement to look under the hood or under the car, then these individuals filed a claim against my works insurance because they rented a non mechanically sound vehicle and this under cover just fell off going down the road, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
