Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had walked into a hertz and the staff were so flustered and overwhelmed with other customers, they just told me to book online. So I left. I left, and walked into enterprise on Garvey Ave and had such a better experience. It was clean and the staff were extra helpful. When I came to pickup the car, Brett in particular was a delight to deal with and he made the whole process a breeze. He had a great attitude and customer service, and I will use this location again. Hertz should take a lesson in how to rent cars from the capable people at Enterprise. The car was immaculate and exactly what I wanted and at a fair price. It made my trip even better, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again

Helpful staff offering good services. The rental car is expensive but the experience here is great. Not enough parking places here. Sometimes I have to go to the basement for a car to pick up and check everything.

I rent once a year for a family trip. 5 stars until now. Original reservation was made months in advance. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication between the locations and corporate for last minute ( A weeks notice, ample time in my opinion) changes on picking a vehicle up at a specific location. It is a bit unsettling this location not working with other enterprise locations. The woman was of no assistance in helping the situation. It seemed like She had no problem solving skills. She Gave off I don’t care your problem not mine type of service. She wasn’t wearing a name tag.

Great experience with this car rental company! The staff were super friendly and easy to communicate with — everything was smooth from start to finish. The car I rented was in excellent condition, clean, and very comfortable to drive. I’ll definitely rent from them again in the future!
