I had an amazing experience at this Enterprise location! I was assisted by both the branch manager and Miss Alexandra, and they were absolutely wonderful—so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. I rented a Jeep Wrangler, and it was spotless and fabulous—very clean and well maintained. The level of customer service I received truly stood out, and you can tell this team genuinely cares about their customers. I would highly recommend this specific Enterprise location to anyone looking for top-tier customer service and a great rental experience. currently driving a rental from this location that immediately needed an oil change when pulling it out of the lot and smelled horribly of weed. have been calling and visiting different enterprises the past 4 days and no one has anything available to swap out. honestly horrified being forced to drive around a gross vehicle that should be taken out of rotation period, I can't drive my kids in it and have had to have the windows down every time. do better.

I was very impressed with the personnel at Enterprise and the expeditious manner in which the whole rental transaction went. It all took place in a matter of less than 30 minutes, from calling Enterprise from the repair shop to sending a driver over to pick me up to signing the agreement to selecting the car to driving away. It was seamless and enjoyable under the circumstances.

I experienced an issue with a rental vehicle that I did not notice until after leaving the location, and the office was close to closing at the time. Due to a recent death in my family and the condition of the vehicle, I was unable to attend a family gathering. I contacted the office the following day and spoke with Alex, who was very apologetic, understanding, and professional. She asked me to stop by on my way to work, and the issue was resolved quickly—I was in and out in about ten minutes. I understand that unexpected issues can occur, and what matters most is how they are handled. Because of the excellent customer service I consistently receive, from Alex and Rob, I will continue to choose this Enterprise location.
