Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Extremely pleasant staff. They helped us add insurance that was forgotten when we booked and even worked with us to change it to a one day rental instead of two. It was especially appreciated because that meant less revenue for them, yet they were still genuinely kind and focused on helping us rather than upselling. The vehicle itself was clean in great condition and very comfortable. That level of honesty, care, and overall quality is rare and deeply appreciated.

Enterprise worked well with Gerber Collision so I could get and return the rental car around my work schedule. The car was clean and gas efficient. Their service people are very friendly and the process from insurance coordination to rental pickup and return was seamless. They are my preferred place for car rentals.

Really exemplary service by the Enterprise team at the Stevens Point location, phoning before and during my rental to ensure everything went smoothly, and helping me switch to a 4 wheel drive vehicle due to the inclement weather. The vehicle was new, with great features and in great overall condition.

The Steven's point location could have been better, rental smelled like it was burning, system malfunctioning light was always on, shredded wipers, was nervous driving it the distance for work, when I first got it took it back was told they didn't have one to swap it out. I had to buy a phone mount for the rental as it wasn't updated with GPS or maps which was major for traveling for work. All other enterprise locations I give a 5 star

I just moved to Point yesterday. Today my car stalled in the middle of the road outside my apartment and wouldn't start again. Enterprise came and picked me up and had me in my rental in a jiffy. Customer service was friendly and the process was quick and painless. A great company and great local branch staff!
