Super quick and easy car rental experience! The Chevrolet Suburban 1500 I rented was super clean 🧼🫧 and well-maintained. The Enterprise team is amazing well-trained, smart, and provides top-notch customer service. They also have a big lot in the 209 area with plenty of car selections amd after hour drop off area. Highly recommend!

The moment I walked in to Enterprise the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was given a free upgrade which was so unexpected but greatly appreciated. Returning the vehicle was also a great experience. The staff was very pleasant and returning the vehicle was quick and easy. After this wonderful experience from start to finish, I will rent a vehicle for all my trips and vacations. I will ALWAYS use Enterprise for vehicle rentals. Very very pleased with Enterprise.

This is the best car rental experience I've ever had. After being mistreated by the Hertz next door, I walked into the office without an appointment, and after 10 minutes I was driving this brand new Toyota Corolla. Their customer service is excellent and helpful, not only in the office but on the road. I called because of a tire sensor fault, and they offered me a vehicle swap in the middle of nowhere if I didn't feel safe enough. This was a game changer. Finally, as a plus, this location is gated at night, so for people like me who left their vehicle overnight on the street by the fence, the peace of mind that your vehicle is going to be safe makes this a great location.

Just picked up a car from the auto mall and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Wonderful service, great selection of cars, and a super welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and professional, especially Seth his customer service was outstanding. He made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Idk what happened to my previous review couple weeks ago. But this tells me their not being transparent. I had a bit of trouble when i pick up the car that I book because they were under staff. Its took me an hour just to get a vehicle. Apparently every Sunday is the busy day of the week. They need to hire more people on Sundays.
