Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is the hardest review ever!!! First off let me say when I was there I was helped by a gentleman.(wish I could remember his name) He was very helpful and cheery! I really appreciated him assisting me and getting me out the door quickly and answering my questions. With no fault of his own-the phone rings non stop, he is the only person is the office and now I have double charges on my card and when I call to ask about this I get hung up on and sent to voicemail-which also hangs up on you. This of course is very upsetting because when I do the chat with enterprise the response that I get is it will be 5-8 business says for the refund. I want to know about the extra charge! I would have liked to have given this location five stars for the young man that helped me but they got him running

I dealt with the Sulphur location and they went above and beyond in my situation. There is just doing your Job and their is going above and doing more.

Excellent experience. Great customer service, employees were more than willing to work with me and help me figure out my insurance and the steps I needed to go through to get a rental car. Provided me with a great car that was clean and ready to roll. 10 out of 10 would rent again! 😃

Horrible! I had a reservation that was not honored. I had to work late so I called to see if my husband could pick it up. I was given a very dismissive answer of "it should be fine" without even asking me my name or res. number. But it wasn't fine. He had to come and pick me up and then we had to rush to try and get it before they closed. My husband made a joke about being mad so I commented that I had called that morning. The man was offended and threatened to withhold my car from me. I mentioned that all I was saying was that a little bit more customer service would've been appreciated. He told me that I "should've known I would have to come in". Well, that's why I called in the first place. But I was shocked at how aggressive he became so I commented that things escalated very quickly.

Jeffery was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything accurately and got me going quickly. I wish all my interactions went as smoothly as they did with Jeffery! He definitely was very relatable and efficient in getting me the exact car I needed for my trip. Highly recommend 👌
