Enterprise Rent-A-Car

While I do not have any issues with the rental place itself (they are ok), I am very upset with their toll charging set-up and policies. I have EZPass unit and always use it on all rentals. In the past, it was not an issue. Recently, that changed. When picking up the car from Enterpise Swedesboro, I explicitly asked the staff if my EZ pass will work. They assured me that there would be no problem. That there will be no charges if I use my own EZPass unit, and advised me to add the rental car information to my EZPass records. I did that. About 2-3 weeks after returning my car, I discovered a charge from the Enterprise toll unit (they also added $5 or $7 convineince fee). I appreciated the smooth and efficient rental process from start to finish. The staff was friendly and professional and took the time to clearly explain everything, which made the experience stress-free. I liked how clean and well-kept the car was and how quickly I could drive. Overall, it was a convenient and positive experience. 😊

They were amazing working with my insurance when I was in a bad accident. Had an amazing rental for almost 2 weeks. It was such a good experience. They even said they do car sales so may be going to them in the future when looking for a new vehicle. But for now I'm back in my lovely own car.

I have not been impressed with this enterprise recently. The customer service is always good, I’ve even called back at times and complimented how nice the workers were. But ever since these towing incidents (which have happened to many customers) I do not appreciate this locations lack of empathy and accountability. There are 6 employees in there at a time when you rent. This is my second time where not a single employee said a word about the property manager towing cars. This time the girl didn’t even walk around the car with me to see if there were scratches so that’s on them. They want to talk about everything under the sun except for the facts their customers cars will be towed my the property manager which they are well aware about. 350 dollars to get your car back if it is towed by t
