Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience at enterprise. They even follow up after you pick up your car. Antonio was super helpful and made everything easy. When you are stressed about your vehicle going into the shop for 3 weeks you need a company to make things easy. Enterprise and Antonio really helped. Would highly recommend.

Recently rented a temporary car while mine was being repaired at the shop. I was picked up from the shop and brought to Enterprise by a really friendly employee, (forgive me, I forgot her name but it definitely starts with letter A) and I really appreciated that because I was worried about how I was going to get there. I was provided with a nice car (that was in my favorite color by the way) and had no issues. Thank you for the service

I had such an amazing experience with Enterprise in Syosset. I owe this great experience to their manager, Cat. She was such a lovely young lady and I was highly impressed by her professionalism along with providing excellent customer service. Enterprise did an amazing job with with hiring such a wonderful person to represent their company. Thank you Cat for making my experience such a wonderful and easy process!

This is the location I have rented from frequently because it’s convenient and it’s worked out fine. I would say my last interaction was awful. I dealt with a branch manager named Catherine who was unprofessional and extremely rude. This is someone who hung up on me twice while in the middle of conversation. She needs to go to a training on how to act like a manager. I will give kudos to the other staff members, they seem very friendly and capable.

We got screwed over by Hertz and Enterprise was there to pick up the ball. Quick and friendly. Great staff
