Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had made a booking mistake which was quickly and professionally corrected by Mason in Syracuse, and Satti in Rochester. Both representatives were up-beat and helpful, even managing to be friendly on a Monday night with frigid temperatures outside. The attitudes of these two can't be trained, but is elicited through a culture that incentivizes work ethic and rewards consistent performance. This experience stood out as exceptional at a time where customer service seems to be lacking in every business. I will definitely be choosing Enterprise for my next rental.

Rented 12 passenger van (was given 2025 Ford Transit) for family Christmas trip to Florida from NY. Vehicle was exactly as described. Drove easy, like a car. Quality of vehicle was excellent. Plenty of room for all our stuff plus the passengers. Would be tight fit with 12 people we had 8 and was perfect room for everyone. Had mileage was great at average 17mpg. Only downside was how high vehicle sat without a running board, was a long stride to ground from vehicle interior but it was manageable.

Picking up the car was fine, the employee handled everything no problems. Since it was longer than 30 days I had to come back to the airport to renew the contract. I did this and was told nothing else needed to be done, they were kind and professional but the email I was sent didn't reflect the correct date as my original reservation. I called and spoke to Jennifer at the corporate office Las Vegas and she was so rude, I was shocked. I had to take time to drive over there and it isn't my fault someone at Enterprise didn't do their part, so why she felt the need to be so hateful I was only trying to confirm the date I needed to return the car since it is wrong on the emails they sent me. Jennifer would receive a #1, the pick up experience a #5. Issue still not resolved.

I rent cars from them alot, and I really like this place. I always receive the keys within less than 10 mins and already on my way to the car. As a person who truly appreciates quick service, I sincerely am grateful to you guys for your fast customer service which is why I keep coming back to rent at this airport.

My rental from Enterprise at Syracuse airport was perfect. Reserving the car was fast, the car itself was exactly what I needed & performed well in even most adverse conditions of sleet, snow & heavy rain. Returning the car was equally fast & staff was helpful, polite & professional.
