Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We love Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They make it so easy to rent. We rent every four to six weeks for an out-of-town doctor's appointment. We reserve online and then we check in online when we get there and we do a quick walk around and we're on our way. Soooo easy! Love it! And the employees are top-notch and very helpful. The main thing is they make it very, very easy to be a customer.

My experience was wonderful. My car was at the mechanic with an electrical issue and I was already tired and stressed. I booked a rental car online around 4:30pm, and 30 mins later I was at Enterprise at the busiest part if the day. I was mentally prepared to wait a while and finish booking with equally as exhausted employees. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the professional team who worked diligently with each customer, as though each customer was the most important person of the day. Shania located my booking, she was incredibly kind, got me exactly the car I had hoped for, it had a full tank of gas and was freshly cleaned. My husband and I lost both of our vehicles to accidents within the span of a week. Getting two rentals instead of one could have been a challange but our insurance policy covered it and Enterprise made it happen. We both got clean, comfortable vehicles similar to what we were accustomed to driving. Eventually we were able to replace both vehicles. Thanks Enterprise.

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with this location. I booked my reservation through the corporate website for an 8:15 AM pickup. At 7:45 AM, I was abruptly told they would not be picking me up and could only do so at 9:00 AM—right when I had to be at work. They then transferred my reservation to another location, only for that branch to tell me they were never notified and had no vehicle available. I contacted the manager, who claimed he would have a car delivered to me before I got off work. He never followed through, never called back, and didn’t even bother to follow up the next day. This level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. The staff clearly need retraining, and management needs to take accountability for the poor service being

I was overcharged for my rental. I have called multiple times to get A refund and I keep getting told that a note is left on the manager‘s desk, but nobody ever calls me back. I have also called the enterprise where I dropped the car off at and they told me I still need to get a hold of these people here in Tallahassee and when they answer the phone they tell me I will get called back shortly and a message is left on the manager’s desk to call me back. So I have just been consistently calling and nobody ever follows up with me.
