Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Despite it being CRAZY busy, the employees I interacted with were fantastic. They were professional. They were kind. They were efficient and multi tasked seamlessly. I was impressed. My company messed up my reservation and they were flexible and attentive. I would’ve given them 5 stars, but they took my car, which I really liked, and gave it to another customer, one that was complaining. In an effort to appease everyone, I ended up inconvenienced, and it bummed me out. Update: Car was dirty when I picked it up and ended up having transmission issues. Attempted to trade it in, only for there to be “issues” with a transfer. If my company did business with anyone other than Enterprise, I’d choose another company.

I have been using this place for over 5 years atleast. Always easy in and out. Great prices. Great people. Especially front desk help. Want to specifically give credit to Stacey. She made my visit so easy. Always smiling. . Very helpful. She deserves a raise. Will be returning for all my rental needs. Thanks enterprise team. The person that gave a 1 star saying you can only use credit card is false. Debit or credit. So just wanted to put his out there.

The customer service was great and timely. The representative was super attentive and accommodating when the wait went on a bit long. I was also given a free upgrade to an SUV, which inspired me to search for a similar vehicle to the rental. The return was smooth as well. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was the calculation of the amount of gas I put into the car. I was told that somehow I was $8 short on gas and that $8 will be deducted from my deposit. That sucked, but everything prior was great and I'd do it again.

I had to get a rental due to my vehicle being in the shop. Representatives were friendly and helpful they took the time to explain what my insurance will cover and helped me make the best choice in vehicle for myself. Even though it was busy they were pretty quick in and out in about 20 mins. I’ll definitely be using Enterprise next time I need a rental!

I was greeted at the door, they knew I had just been in a wreck, it was so warm and welcoming there, they were very nice and friendly. Love enterprise!!
