Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is the worst agency. Steer clear. They gave me a car with a completely flat tire, overcharged me, told me they only give small cars to teenagers, and then told me they would “never make a mistake” when I reported an issue. I could go on and on. They refused to address my issue because the manager was on vacation and then never got back to me as stated. Not worth the headache; never again.

I highly recommend Enterprise car rental in Tenafly, NJ. The employees are very professional and courteous. They even had a driver pick me up at the autobody shop where my car was left for repair work. Made my life less complicated so I didn't have to find someone to drive me to get the rental car. Should the need arise, I certainly would use them again.

Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. I was told there was no car available to swap, which is very hard to believe for a major car rental company. The lack of options and flexibility was frustrating and inconvenient. Poor communication and unreliable service made what should have been a simple rental unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I would strongly recommend Enterprise at Tenafly, NJ. The Assistant Branch Manager Landon Aguirre was super helpful and understanding. He took care of me like no other Enterprise worker. Thank you for everything Landon!

Really chill, pleasant experience. Landon is a rock star. Got me a last minute car at a great price. No need to get it at Newark -- you'll save money Ubering to Tenafly and getting it from here.
