Enterprise Rent-A-Car

10/1/25 - I rented a vehicle from Enterprise today to pick my daughter up from Bush International airport tonight and go to Corpus Christi tomorrow. Renting the car was a fast and easy experience. The car was in great condition, clean and ready to go when I arrived.

Online, I ordered a premium car and they're online rental is confusing. They were going to deliver the car to me. I didn't realize this. I said I'd pick it up at the location. I stated they said the car would be there. I got there. I had no idea who I was no car was delivered there for me. All they had was a medium grade SUV, where small SUV? I'm 6'2 250 pounds. Sixteen hour ride was very uncomfortable. could barely walk when I got there.hour into the trip i called enterprise. They said someone would be calling me to trade me out. Cars in the area that I was in. I waited around an hour nothing I called back. They were closed. I reserved a car on February the 14th I went to pick up the vehicle and all they had to give me was a small four-door Mitsubishi car very tiny. I had never rented a car from them that small before, it was the worst ever. The car was loud like a tractor . I was driving in bad weather and the front suspension was pulling so bad I did not feel safe at all. Overall the car had a very rough ride you felt every road bump there was on the road. I'm normally a satisfied customer but not this time. 🫤

Outstanding customer service, vehicle performed exceptionally well, drove from Texas to Los Angeles and back, vehicle was a dream! D made it easy checking in and out! She was great!

The car smelt really bad like cigarettes and animals when the rep gave it to me. Customer service could’ve been better. My overall experience was ok. Wasn’t like the first time.
