EXCELLENT RENTAL CAR EXPERIENCE! I rented a car for a week-and it was by far the best rental experience I’ve ever had. Brian and Tim were both totally excellent! Rented several times from the Toms River location and I felt taken care of, regardless of circumstances. Tom goes far and beyond to accommodate my situations . I tried the competition before but Enterprise keep meeting my goals. Will not tried other places. I am very satisfied and customer's loyalty is king . Thank you for caring.

I called this place in the morning to set up my insurance rental and they told me "we have all your info come on down." I told them I'll be there by 5:30pm. They said not problem. I take my last amount of PTO for the year and drive 2 hours from work to pick up a rental that they said they had waiting. When I arrived they told me they had no more vehicles to rent and asked me who told me to pick up a car. Mind you when I called in the morning they said we will pick you up in my rental at the body shop and I said not to bother, I have a ride to your location. Terrible communication. Completely screwed me over with absolutely no apologies.
