Communication was prompt, kind, considerate and respectful!!! They brought my car to my driveway, drove me to their office to sign papers and I was on my way. I simply drove to auto body shop to pick up my car and they came there to pick up rental. Made a rather troublesome event smooth. Thank you!!
My car was hit and I had to drop it to be fixed. I went to drop my car and the rental from Enterprise was there. No wait. Great car, clean, smelled good! I returned when I went to pick up my car and I just had to leave it. They called to ask if everything was ok and I told them it was GREAT! Thank you!
Great rental experience. Car was fairly new and clean. I had never driven a Kia Forte before. It handled well.
