Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We rented from Enterprise in Troy, OH. The staff at the office we rented from were exceptional. I had stopped by the day before my scheduled pickup to see if I could get the car early and the woman behind the counter was incredibly pleasant and agreeable. We ended up picking the car up as scheduled and another woman who checked out the car with us was very friendly and professional even out in the frigid cold. The car was perfect for our needs and we had no issues with the rental during our trip and it was seamless with the vehicle return. Thrilled with the experience!

I was nervous renting a car. But ENTERPRISE MADE IT SOOO EASY. 15 minutes after arriving, I was driving off in a 2025 ford escape. It was such a smooth and comfortable drive from Ohio to Massachusetts . I recommend ENTERPRISE for your renting purposes always. THANK YOU

Had a very good experience. Evan went above & beyond to help. He came out to the car to check us in so we didn't have to get the wheelchair out for my dad to come in. He showed me how different things worked in the rental vehicle. And he was super nice. Highly recommend. (Photos are of the vehicle that was rented.)

Amazing experience!!!! First car had issues they not only traded it in but upgraded at no extra cost. The process to extend the rental was so easy. The staff at Troy location rock. Thank you all. Will definitely be using them again.

So I had a rental thru my insurance Progressive as I was having my car repaired in the shop beside this Enterprise location. My agent emailed them for the reservation, they gave me a Ford Escape ( I didn't choose it. They assigned it) and asked for my card for $50 deposit that is refundable when I return the car. Ok fine. I've had a rental thru Enterprise before so I was expecting the same experience. Everything was good - car was good except for the wipers that were bad and I only noticed because it rained while I was using it. When I returned the car, I told them about the wipers. I thought everything was good until I saw a $102.83 charge on my card that made me wonder. I called them, they said its for taxes. I checked my insurance and was told I shouldn't be charged with anything as I
