Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We were supposed to rent a regular four door sedan, but they didn't have one available, so they rented us a Volkswagen Atlas instead. We were not disappointed. It provided us so much more room and comfort. We hated to have to bring it back. It has so many bells and whistles. It's perfect for traveling out of town and providing comfort and security with its many features.

We were traveling Thanksgiving week when our car broke down about an hour from. After towing the car to the repair shop, we came here. The agent, a young man whose name I cannot remember, worked diligently to arrange an overnight rental. Returning the car was fast and easy. The only downside is they don't have a dropbox for after-hours returns. I highly recommend this location.

I get to this location to pick a rental and while picking up a rental was told by young man that because they visit the airport often I could most likely be dropped off. I mentioned I would call on the morning I am scheduled to return the rental which was Thursday. I called and when answered I asked about being dropped off upon returning rental and the young man didn’t say hold or anything so I’m thinking the phone hung up. I say hello and he tells me he is checking and says no because my location was too far. Ok that’s fine. Now we will talk about the extremely dirty SUV I received. I noticed the spots in the front seat but it wasn’t until I stopped about an hour and half on my drive to fill up tank when I notice the back seats looked as worse as the front seats.
