Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Husband and I are parked at the truck stop on down time. First time to florida so decided to do a rental car and see some sites while on down time for another day. Walked to their cite to have the lady tell us that she cannot rent a car to us unless we have a big brand credit card (which my husband and I dont belive in). My husband is under 25 with a cdl and i am over 25 (both with clean records), so we even said we could put it under me if that would be the issue and she said that wasnt the issue. We had our debit and she said she cannot do debit, only credit card. Asked if the boss of our company could use his card and do a company rental and was told no flat out. Tried to call customer service and magically nobody was available. What is the purpose of a rental car place if you cannot u

No issues at all. Pick up and drop off went great! Claire was awesome and knows her job.

Our car broke down nearby about 30 minutes away - I called and asked if they had a car / they confirmed a reservation and I spent a good amount to Uber to this location since they didn’t have a pickup option. When I arrived they told me they don’t have any cars available. Extremely not professional and I will not be using Enterprise again.

Klara was my agent and she was AMAZING. Was sent to this location after having to get a rental due to an accident. I have dealt with Enterprise before but the us1 location where the manager, Fran, treats their customers like garbage. Even though the us1 location is closer I would choose to drive the extra trip to Klara’s location any time! Thank you so much Klara for all your help, your kindness and professionalism.

The rental experience was nice. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. My only complaint is that the truck I rented had a bit of a rough idle, which made us concerned . We let her know and she apologized, told us they would look into it and made it worth our while. Would definitely rent from this place again.
