I just had an amazing rental experience from this location. Kind of weird to leave a review for a rental car company but I travel a lot and was very impressed with this location . Everything from start to finish was easy and the staff were so friendly and personable. They called to confirm my rental the day before, I was in and out within a few minutes for pick up and drop off (I do have an account with the company which helps). Thanks for an excellent rental experience!

I can’t say enough good things about Shawn. He went above and beyond to help and accommodate me when he really didn’t have to. Two other locations completely dropped the ball, but he restored my confidence in a company I’ve been loyal to for years. Excellent customer service. Excellent professionalism. Rented a car with Enterprise last week and they could not have been more helpful! Alex was awesome! He picked me up at the CDJR and brought me to my rental. Professional and great customer service! Definitely recommend this location and the service was fantastic!

My car needed to go in the shop so my insurance reserved me a rental. Enterprise came to get me at the shop and I was able to sign everything right in the parking lot and go on my way in less than 10 mins. Super satisfied with the service.
