Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I really appreciated how smooth and stress‑free the entire rental process was. The staff were friendly, patient, and made sure I understood everything before I left the lot. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and ready on time, which made a huge difference during a busy and overwhelming period. I also liked how quick the pickup and return process was no hassle, no confusion, just great service from start to finish. Overall, the team made the experience easy and pleasant, and I felt well taken care of throughout.

Edit: Had a very poor experience with my recent rental. The car had multiple issues and customer service was okayish. It was a different staff than my other previous rentals. Amazing experience and awesome customer service. The staff is very understanding of your requirements. They helped me modify my reservation at the last minute and are very kind and polite. This was my second time renting at this location and both of the times I had a great experience. Definitely recommend this place. Also, big thanks to Sam. Would definitely rent from here again on my next visit to the city.

This is the only enterprise that I rent from.. Jamie by far is one of the BEST employees!!! she really puts your care and concerns FIRST and does everything that she can to assist with any problems before during and after your rental is complete. I’ve literally watched her handle a line of customers basically ALONE and she handled it with such grace and professionalism.. I would always recommend her .. And SAM he’s the most nicest person in the world … he always greets with a smile and makes you feel like you’ve got the Best car on the lot … Thanks guys for the great work … Enterprise give them some raises …(They deserve it !!!!!!)

I had a very frustrating experience with this Enterprise location. I specifically called ahead before coming in to confirm that a vehicle was available. I explained that I would be there within 20 minutes and asked clearly if I would be able to pick up the car when I arrived. I was told yes, they took all of my information, and we even went over the price. After paying for an Uber and arriving at the location, I received a call saying they actually did not have any cars available and were waiting for vehicles to be delivered around 4:30. I arrived at 3:00. I told them I didn’t mind waiting, but then I was told I would have to go to Little Creek to pick up a minivan — which is not what I reserved. At that point, I canceled my reservation. I had no sleep and made the effort to call ahead spe

Awful experience. Took over an hour to get a car with 5 employees sitting around. Asked the front desk if they could hurry up and she threatened to cancel my reservation. Not being impatient but there is seriously a room full of waiting people, full lot of cars and nobody doing anything to move you around. Avoid this spot at all costs.
