Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an outstanding experience at Enterprise in Walterboro, South Carolina. The gentleman who handled my rental made the entire in-and-out process smooth and efficient. He was extremely courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was satisfactory. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which truly showed their commitment to customer service. I highly recommend this location and will definitely rent here again!

Cameron the manager at the Walterboro location was great, he was able to quickly get me set and explained everything perfectly with no issues. The ride was smooth and clean, the process for pick up and drop off was the same.

I have to tell you, Diamond Anderson absolutely lives up to her name…she is a total gem! I went to pick up the rental and she informed me one was not ready. Like anyone else I was a little upset but did not express it. I was floored by how she handled the situation. She is so well spoken and displayed empathy towards my situation…along with her charming smile, well, how can you be mad? Within minutes she located a car and it all just worked out perfectly. I hope enterprise sees this because she is making you look really good.
