Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Good people. Slightly frustrating as I could not get through to them by phone, and I had some issues with my reservation. However, Christian made up for it by going above and beyond and providing great service. Thank you for helping me through a difficult time after my accident. My only recommendation is to update the phone/hold process. However, I understand the constraints in the office as you seem consistently busy.

Customer service isn’t dead! So grateful to Alyssa and staff at Enterprise. She was warm, professional, and incredibly kind. Alyssa went above and beyond to ensure my rental experience was smooth and stress-free. She took the time to listen, answered all of my questions (and phone calls) with patience and clarity, and made sure I had the perfect vehicle for my needs. Her friendly attitude and genuine desire to help truly set her apart. She made the entire process feel personal, not transactional. If you're renting a car in the West Chester area, I highly recommend asking for Alyssa. I was very disappointed with this rental. I called ahead and was assured I would get a minivan because I had a lot of luggage and was driving an hour to pick up the car. When I arrived, they gave me an SUV with almost no trunk space. When I asked about the van, I was first told I’d have to pay more, then told there were none left. The agent was dismissive and didn’t seem to care. In the end, some of my family had to book expensive last-minute flights because we couldn’t fit all our luggage.

I rented vehicle for a Christmas week. The check in and check out was quick, and price was good. Car was clean, low miles vehicle. Staff at the rental office was friendly and helpful. A day before car was to be returned, Enterprise sent me a link where I could change the return day and time. The link also calculated new total charge. It is very convenient to do it, and you immediately know if there is going to be additional charge if you make changes. I will use Enterprise again for my rental needs.

Andrew greeted us with a friendly and helpful smile. He and the team made our first rental experience easy breezy. Everyone was so nice. I’d definitely rent from here again. Thank you Andrew. You were amazing!!!
