Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Huge shout out to this branch. I had to schedule a car on short notice after a snowstorm canceled my train. Not only were they in promptly at opening time (despite the storm), they had the cars fully cleaned of all snow and ice and ready to go first thing in the morning. Great branch and great team of people!

I specifically want to shout out Anthony. He is always professional and helpful. Even in the face of an irate customer, he is perfect. Listened to their compliant, explained the policy and got them in a car that more closely matched their needs. I mean I can't say enough about these guys at this location. They've turned around my expectations of what car rental can be. This location constantly provides the best customer service and most agreeable agents. I use this location every time I travel for business and I plan to continue as long as I have the need. I'll be placing a request for a car today and I'm looking forward to it. I've gotten upgrades when available and they always have stock. Cars are always clean. Just the best example of what enterprises could be anywhere.

The vehicle I rented, Hyundai Kona, was great. I was in a bad accident a few days prior - my insurance worked with Enterprise in securing and covering a rental while I was awaiting an adjuster to assess my car's damage/determine if it was a total loss or not. It was a stressful and emotionally draining time - and two days before Christmas. Anthony, the manager at West Lawn location, made the rental process very smooth. He was friendly, courteous, and made sure any of my questions were answered. He was compassionate and understanding when learning of my accident and injuries, too. I highly recommend.

Process was as simple as can be! Online registration to secure the rental, follow up by the local branch a couple days before pick up, check in on line prior to pick up made the pick up process absolutely seamless. Was in the van and on my way in a matter of minutes. Drop off was just as easy. Perfectly painless process and the staff at the local branch were a real pleasure to deal with
