Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve been renting from the Westwood, NJ office for the past year on about a monthly basis and they have excellent customer service. All representatives are so caring, well trained and a pleasure to deal with. The vehicles are well maintained too. I will continue to rent from this location. Keep up the great work Enterprise of Westwood.

The process upon arriving was seamless, all the ladies were super friendly and I received my rental car within a few minutes. I left an item in the rental car and they helped me find it as soon as they could. They called and followed up with the person who currently had the rental I used. The branch manager Callie even stayed late to receive my lost item from them. I will definitely use Enterprise for their outstanding customer service. I appreciate their efforts in helping me find my item.

Westwood Enterprise was great when we needed a recent rental. Callie was helpful with my son's first rental, and made sure that he knew everything he needed to know before leaving the agency. The return was easy as well.

The car I got has many issues. Dashboard Lights come on. I don't recommend this location. Maybe other locations are better.

Always a fast, pleasant and courteous experience - customer service is excellent. I got there early but that was not a problem. A vehicle was ready and available. Cali was pleasant, professional and courteous. She answered all my questions with a smile. I've rented from this location many times over the years and will always come back. Will only rent from Enterprise!
