Enterprise rental car in Whiteville NC came to my rescue again today. Picking me up again after my vehicle was towed from an accident leaving me stranded with no transportation. The employees of the Whiteville, NC office are fantastic to their customers. Nick was great to work with in the Whiteville, NC location. Joe came to my home since I had no transportation to get to the Whiteville location. I highly recommend them for your rental needs.

Car Runs good. Only When you hit brake it was little shaking. One suggestion They need to keep the Key Box outside the Door. So, someone can pick up early in the morning when the store is closed.

Booked a Durango for 3 pm pick up due to coming in town late (otr truck driver). Instead of going home I drove straight here so I wouldn't waste fuel going to my family vacation. Show up and get told they don't have any car available but a compact Mitsubishi. Now I'm stuck with no car and get told 🤷🏻‍♂️ sorry come back in the morning I should have two more cars coming in. Why wouldn't you call and let someone know if you can't meet the obligation you allowed to get reserved. I could've adjusted my plans and went to another location with something available instead I'm out sitting in my truck wasted hundreds in fuel and it's too late to get anywhere else.
