Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've had to rent a vehicle on two occasions recently and I have to say, the process was very easy, the people were extremely nice, very helpful and the vehicles were upscale and very clean. The last one had 4,000 miles on it. The cost is also a lot more reasonable than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend this company.

The entire process was problem free and effortless. Issue my reservation online and picked up the rental without any problems. I had a delay in returning my rental and I called enterprise for an extension and they were accommodating. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to return the car during business hours but the key drop off took care of that. Above all the reps at enterprise were friendly and provided exceptional service

I said i would be back in 1 hr to get the suv. Clerk said great that would give him time to clean it and fill the gas. I got back in an hr. Did not have a walk through. I did my own walk through n took pictures. Gas was not filled and stains and burn hole in the seat. I was strapped for time and needed a rental otherwise I would've gone back in to request another vehicle. My trip was in the Berkshire Mountains of Mass. which means lots of up and down hill roads and is why I wanted an SUV. Well even that was disappointing as it struggled to go up hills. See the pictures. This was so unacceptable.

Excellent service! Renting can be a huge pain and so may times I've had to wait long times, and experience sub par service. Not here! I was so warmly welcomed by every staff member I encountered. I'm an HR manager - and I must say I was EXTREMELY impressed with the teamwork I witnessed! It's poetry in motion to see a team working so synergistically! Keep it up you are all a model for other enterprise locations!

We used this location recently for a MVA rental. Upon picking up, there was very low gas in car. Upon return of rental, after a week, we left it at the collision center, as instructed. I was called by Enterprise a few days later, that we owed the whole rental fee, since I didn’t return the car. We are also being charged $71 for taxes, that should be covered by insurance. Our insurance agent and I have requested a copy of the signed contract numerous times, they have not responded to this request. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company. I would never use this location again, or recommend them to anyone. Shady practices.
