Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I can't even explain how good James and his coworker were! James made arrangements to pick me up, he picked me up earlier than originally scheduled. The car was clean and in great shape. When I dropped off the car I asked for a ride home, James agreed without complaint! James' coworker gave me a ride home and spoke with me all the way home! Very few companies display such amazing customer service nowadays. Keep it up! Enterprise should be proud!

We were going on vacation to Duluth. We wanted to rent a car for our trip. I appreciate an employee calling me up before the rental date to confirm. When we went to pick up the car, the employee was friendly and efficient. It was the same way when we dropped off the car. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to rent a car.

I needed a car for just a day trip and Enterprise made it so easy and wonderful! I was able to do most of the rental work online at my convenience so when I got to the store it was quick and easy. The guy working was friendly and helpful. The SUV was beautiful and so very nice! Everything ran smoothly... Will definitely use them again if needed!

Great people at this branch. Good selection for transportation when my car got hit and was in the shop to get fixed. Thank you Now Enterprise phone system is not good at all you can't speak to a human and it hang up on you.

Great people to deal with. Unfortunately the vehicle I had booked wasn't available, but wasn't their fault (renter 1 day before I was supposed to get the car backed into a post). Guy gave me a discount, and I ended up getting a really nice vehicle that actually turned out to be far more practical than the vehicle I booked initially. Edit: This year they are experiencing a recall on Chrysler/Dodge vehicles, so finding a 7 passenger vehicle was nearly impossible. The Willmar Enterprise location said I could get a Suburban for $1600 for 1 week, all other locations in MN same thing or unavailable. I found Sioux Falls Enterprise had a Durango for $606 for 1 week, so I rented from them instead.
