I rented a CX-90 for our trip to Montreal. The booking, pickup and drop off was a breeze. The staff was helpful and provided all necessary information before handing over the car. The car was in excellent condition. No issues at all. Easy to extend your booking. Rented the car for 5 days, drove 2200kms and paid just $275 (without insurance).

The men who work here have this place running so efficiently! Pre reserving online the night before: I got there the next am at 9:05 and i was leaving with my rental in 5 mins! Their iPad and barcode system makes checking in & out a breeze. Upon returning the vehicle 4 days later. I spoke with Barry and he helped give me a ride to home. Their shuttle rides stop at 5pm if needed fyi. Thanks again. Ill be back for sure if needed 🤞 I rented a zippy little Hyundai Venue. It reminded me of a mini Cooper. My jeep was in the shop for 100,000 mile service and maintenance with some repairs as well. Needed to attend a funeral on the west coast of Florida so a rental was required. Emma was absolutely outstanding!! Got me a jeep as I requested. Made the process streamlined, efficient and was very knowledgeable about all details and pricing. She was multi tasking with positive energy, courteous to all and never stopped smiling while under a stressful busy morning. I called earlier this afternoon, I was down the street as I thought my transmission was blown. Called and gave all info, believed I spoke with someone through their “generic” line or through winter garden location. regardless, really not good service… at all. i called, set up reservation, told woman on the phone what exactly i was looking for. reservation was set up, told me reservation email would be sent momentarily… never was. maybe 10 mins later a gentleman from the winter garden location called me (roughly an hour before closing) that no cars were on the lot. would’ve been nice to have known this when i made said reservation 10 mins prior. gave me an option to go to clermont location. i am now scrambling as im meant to meet the tow truck driver to pick up my vehicle in roughly an hou
