To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a very disappointing experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Winter Haven, Florida. My family and I made a reservation more than seven weeks in advance for a rental vehicle scheduled for pickup at 12:00 PM yesterday. When we arrived at the branch, the staff proceeded to check us in and run our credit card, only for us to then be informed that they did not actually have the vehicle we reserved, nor any comparable vehicle available. After being told we would receive a call once a vehicle became available, we waited from 12:00 PM until 7:00 PM without receiving a single update or phone call from the branch. On 02/02/2026 at 13:04, I made a reservation for a Standard SUV scheduled from 03/05/2026 through 03/16/2026. I even completed the online check-in in advance to make the pickup process smooth. Don't rent from this location. These two guys should be fired, they dont care about the customer and they lie just to make a buck. We reserved a "Premium SUV" online. They contacted us the morning of letting us know the vehicle is ready to be picked up. Went to pick it up and its the wrong vehicle, they were trying to give us a "Full Size SUV" even though we reserved a Premium and they told us it was ready to be picked up. They knew it was the wrong vehicle, there was no apology and no price adjustment. They literally were trying to give us a lesser vehicle for the same price as a Premium, total scam.
