Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I visited Enterprise Rental Car Sales to look at a used Ford XLT 150 for sale. We didn't come to an agreement, but it had nothing to do with Enterprise. I just had to leave early to get ready to plow an approaching blizzard. I recommend dealing with Steve if you're interested in the fantastic deals Enterprise offers on their slightly used vehicles with 30-40 thousand miles on them.

I have dealt with this enterprise location twice in three months. Once while my car was being fixed due to an accident and once very recently while I had upgrades done to my car. Both times I had a great experience with this location. This last time I dealt with Jakob who was awesome and I cannot remember the other gentleman’s name but he was great too. I’d recommend this location to anyone who needed to rent a car.

NOTE PREVIOUS POST WAS TAKEN DOWN My car got totaled and I needed transportation ASAP after insurance quit rental coverage I’m not to picky and enterprise has been our go to spot. We’ve bought 4 cars from this Woburn location alone! I bought a 2023 Chevy Equinox, I went in to BUY and not to ask 21 questions about the features. FEW WEEKS LATER Totally unexpected I noticed an extra charge of over $2,500 added with tax. Apparently the car salesman added in a warranty at my expense and now I know why people make jokes about used cars salesman. Joke is on me at the end of the day. It’s a dirty shot below the belt, to add a 45K mile warranty or whatever it was. I never buy them cause they’re mostly SCAMS. Enterprise knows I’m in their system so will they make this right? I was in need of a car rental as my vehicle required warranty work to be completed on it. Jacob graciously assisted me in securing a rental. He was warm, professional and knowledgeable. When I returned my rental, Christian was graciously at my disposal. He was also warm, professional and knowledgeable. My car was impeccably maintained, running smoothly, and with a staff that is exceptionally friendly, you should definitely consider renting a car from Enterprise in Woburn. They are truly the best!

In a day where nothing went right for me I can say that my experience here was a highlight. From Rob the team member rob who picked me up to the final lot kid who added air to my tire I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I work daily with the public and I can say that each of the 5 employees I interacted with at this location are definitely above average in customer service.
