Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very disappointed with Enterprise I called Enterprise ahead of time to confirm whether a drop-off box was available, since I was renting the car Friday evening and planned to return it Saturday afternoon after the location closed at 2:00 PM. The phone representative told me I could use the drop box with no issue . However, when I picked up the car, the representative told me that if I returned the car after 2:00 PM using the drop box, I would be charged for an extra day regardless of the actual drop-off time. When I explained what I was told over the phone, she suggested I return the car to the airport instead and said she would waive the one-way fee. Under promise and over deliver, I did not get this outcome. I selected a Audi A3 or BMW 2 Series and ended up with three choices of sedans, a Sentra, Impala or some korean make sedan. How are these choices similar to what I reserved? You are better off not allowing me to choose anything if you cant deliver the goods. NOT A FAN OF THIS SITUATION!!!! I hope that you will fix this poor business practice.

Bought a car on 12/4 from these people and few days later the check engine light comes on. I take it back and they RESET the light in front of me and pull a leaf out of the grill then told me if it comes back on to let them know. The light came back on AS SOON AS I GOT HOME. They advised me to take it to the dealership to get it diagnosed ON THEIR DIME NOT MINE. Turns out the car had previous damage that was never reported anywhere or told to me at the time of purchase. They tried to blame me for the damages and stated they were not gonna pay for it since I was sold a vehicle that did not have the check engine light on. It wasn't until Toyota told them THE DAMAGE IS NOT FRESH AND ETC they agreed to pay to fix that car. I was sent a video of the damages and sent it to Brad the District Mana

I had a wonderful experience with staff at Enterprise. They were courteous and helpful and graciously met my expectations. Additionally, the cars are clean and well maintained. I will definitely use their services again.

1) Reserved a pick-up truck one week in advance. Date of pick-up neither did they have a pick-up available but downgraded the vehicle I reserve to a VW Atlas. 2) I had to go to another location. The second location had a pick-up. A GMC Sierra that had been sideswiped severely in the rear quarter panel. 3) Any adjustment in cost? NO! What has happened to Enterprise Car rental?
