Easy to work with and great customer service at the Woodland Enterprise location. Special shoutout to Jacob and the intern who checked me in — both were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process super smooth. Would definitely rent from this location again!

This has been the best rental experience we’ve ever had. The manager, Jacob, was exceptionally helpful, patient and always did his best to work things out for us. We first rented a car in September. The staff called ahead to let us know there might be a delay due to overbooking — which we really appreciated, as it saved us a wasted trip. The next day, they quickly arranged a car for us. After returning that car a week later, we rented a larger hybrid, which saved on gas. Jacob also helped us add an additional driver with no hassle at all. When we needed to extend our rental during the third and fourth weeks, Jacob handled everything smoothly once again. The return process was quick and easy, too. We’re truly grateful — thank you, Jacob, and everyone at Enterprise Woodland!

I broke down just outside of Woodland, CA, heading to Fresno, California. I was going to catch an Uber and grab one at the airport, but decided to wait until the next day to see if the local Enterprise had something I could rent. I called first thing and Jacqueline answered. I explained in great detail about what was going on, she not only had patience, she worked with me to get anything. She TOTALLY came through, not only had it ready, was a master “get you in and out” providing amazing service! I called early letting them know my vehicle was done, they worked with me on returning the vehicle early. When all said and done, the team got me where I needed, did it with a smile. Reserved a rental through my insurance company while my car was being fixed. Enterprise picked me up the day of and dropped me off when my vehicle was done. Although the process of getting the keys to the rental car and returning it does take a bit, I don’t blame them. With their staffing numbers they are doing their best and they do it with a smile. I would 100% go through them again if I ever need it.

I highly recommend this Enterprise to anyone in the Sacramento area needing a rental. The prices were fair and the rental I received surpassed my expectations. I had an unexpected issue with dropoff in LAX (different location for a one way rental) and even though it wasn't the fault of this location they were able to resolve it quickly for me and I really appreciate their attentiveness and care.
