Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Wonderful experience all around. Morgan at Enterprise was absolutely outstanding. I needed a rental car and she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Even while juggling multiple tasks and helping several customers at once, she never missed a beat and made sure I was taken care of. Her positive attitude and efficiency truly stood out. She is a wonderful employee and absolutely deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication.

I have had to use them to Rent a car a few times now. Because of Auto Accidents. Yesterday I left the Rental at the body shop on my way into work. Being in a rush I didn't realize until I arrived home last night, Left my Garage door opener on the visor. Stopped in this morning. Didn't see the car. But they had my remote.

The best experience I've ever had! My agent called me after I returned the rental car and said, "Excuse me, you left a green bag in your car." "Oh, okay, I'll come back later," I said. And when I returned, it was a bag containing nearly $3,000 that I thought was lost! They asked me, "Seriously?" I tried to leave a tip, but she wouldn't accept it. I'm eternally grateful for the money, but even more so for the joy of knowing that there are still people like Yoana (I hope I spelled the name correctly). Thank you so much, always. Exceptional service! Thank you Chris, Hyder and the rep that called me today to close out my bill (sorry I didn’t get your name). Process was smooth from the beginning. I must’ve called Chris about 5 times with a whole bunch of questions, but he was super nice and had lots of patience with me 😩. The rental was dropped off to me on time. Clean inside and out and it even came with a little Clorox wipe, which was a nice touch. I had an issue with the first car but it was resolved the same day with no problem. Highly recommend this location, the employees are super nice and very professional 😊.

Horrible experience. Staff is doing some shady stuff. I’ve always had great experiences at all the other enterprises but I will never rent from the bordentown location again.
