Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Needed a car whilst truck was being repaired, I have used this enterprise several times. Each time they've been very helpful in making sure i had a vehicle. Their flexibility in drop off and pickup times and locations are also great when you are trying to juggle getting your repaired vehicle and returning their vehicle. I hope i never have to use them again wild getting a vehicle repaired, but if it happens, definitely using them

Love this location! My husband and I always rent a vehicle when going out of town on long road trips and this is by far my favorite Enterprise. The staff are always friendly and make it a priority that I am satisfied. One time after I left, there was an issue with the car and William told me to bring it back and they swapped it out without a problem. I love that every time we show up they have a vehicle ready for us and we are in and out in no time. I will continue to rent from this location.

I had 45 minutes left in this business day to secure an emergency rental vehicle. My other reservation, which I had held for over a month, was ruined by the merchant's excessive card swipes, and their computer locked me out at 4:45 PM. Desperate! I called Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 5:20 PM. I was surprised to see they were open till 6:00 PM. In short, they provided us with everything we needed for the one-week trip we were taking. During the Christmas season, rental rates are high at the last minute, hence my previous reservation. Enterprise Rent-A-Car eased my travel and made it affordable for me despite the holiday and with ZERO hassle. I returned the vehicle one week later and everything went absolutely perfect! Enterprise was great! My car was at a collision center for about five weeks… Having worked on that should’ve probably only taken a week or two. Enterprise helped me get an extension so I was able to make it to work full-time. I recommend enterprise to anybody renting a car. They were great!

Trying to charge me for a cracked window after driving one mile. They said they knew the glass had a small chip in it. I bring it back and they said it was a different vehicle that had the chip. How convenient. Even though my insurance has a zero deductible on windows, they say it's the policy to take 250 for no reason. Never again.
