Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I arrived on a Monday morning at opening. The staff was well organized and performed their duties efficiently while exhibiting friendly and professional customer care. The entire staff gets Kudos! McKinley was the customer rep who executed my vehicle pick up transaction. She was knowledgeable, flawless, and kept the communication active. Awesome job McKinley!

Great service the girl was very helpful. She did not try to push Insurance on me as your insurance covers rental cars. You don’t need to buy their insurance so I highly recommend them. My car was sick but now it’s much better :-)

Customer service was amazing. The car was clean and had no issues. I thought I reserved a car, but I got a van so that was a bummer but at least I had something. The most important thing is how great the employees were at their customer service and how they were willing to look into the issue I had to get a discount with my insurance and help me as much as possible. They make you feel very welcomed which makes a person want to return if they need to rent a car again. I appreciate everything they did for me.

We were very pleased with our experience with Enterprise during the Thanksgiving holiday. The vehicle was ready ahead of time and we picked it up to make sure the larger one was there for our family trip. The agents were very pleasant both at pick up and drop off. We will definitely use Enterprise again if we need to rent a vehicle.

Efficient and thorough process from beginning to end. Very fair price. No negatives, only positives and every aspect of the experience. Used this outfit quite a few times over the years and I have never had an issue. Two thumbs up!
