Enterprise Truck Rental

Did thier best to help which wasn't much. Their hands are tied to the amout of vehicles they have. Got stranded in abilene waiting on a truck. Returned said truck later to find out i could have returned it in San Angelo where I live because it was a insurance rental. After the wife and I drove 2 separate vehicles 90miles / 3 hours rpund trip to return it. I wasn't happy about that. Also charged my card almost 700 without any kind of heads up.

The Enterprise rep, Clay went above and beyond in helping me with my rental! His customer service was exceptional!

The Abilene location did a great job meeting my needs and exceeded my expectations in every way! A big shout out to Cal and Jay!

The staff in the truck division were on top of every step to offer us the opportunity to collect our furniture when we needed to. They have limited vans due to local demands but they found a way. I will use them again in the future.
