The sales person was very helpful, she patiently answered all our questions so we were able to pick the best truck for our needs. The yard staff (guy who got truck from behind gate) was pleasant and helped my husband by explaining to truck motor size. All went well, highly recommend this particular location for heavy duty truck needs

The box truck I rented was very reliable and fairly new, the rental process was quick and went through smoothly, exceptional service from Nia Henry was knowledgeable and professional, I’m definitely considering renting a cargo van for my next load instead of using my own van. I have no complaints, only praise for Lancaster enterprise commercial rental, Thank you!

People don’t get scammed make sure you get a good video of there before you leave they will blame you for the dents there vehicles already have.You guys are blaming me for dents that were on truck thankfully one was clear on the video I took before I took the truck and the other one wasn’t to visible on the video. It’s unethical also you guys said that dents small dents were acceptable. But we didn’t do that dent. Never had a problem with renting your guys vehicles never again will I go there. Scammers! Also took forever resolve this simple issue that was your guys problem to begin with. You guys need to keep track of your guys dents. SCAMMERS

Rented a pickup truck, the towing project went well, truck performed flawlessly. Enterprise, however, has a sliding scale of free mileage depending on how you reserve. I got 600 miles before “per mile” kicked in. I went over by 208 miles and had to pay a little over $60 for that. Mileage fees are outdated.

Great branch with major selection, saved my Entire Thanksgiving!
