Enterprise Truck Rental

Had an issue with my work van and needed to tow it back to Orlando. The guys here set me up in a new F250. They really made the whole experience way smoother than expected. Top notch guys and great customer service.

The rental truck was great. All aspects on the vehicle worked perfectly. However, there was some confusion between what the reservation people know and what is actually provided. The rental agency made good on my extra expense and for the fact that the office only accepts rentals during business hours. Which is fine but they dont tell you until you rent that they're closed on Saturday and Sunday. In the end Enterprise paid for my extra expense and took a day off my rental cost. Enterprise Truck rental in Pensacola made renting a truck very easy. I came earlier than scheduled and they still took care of me. The tailgate lift was a back saver. The price was reasonable. David at the location in Pensacola is the best in the business, won’t ever deal with anyone but him. Got me a ridiculous deal on a beautiful truck and couldn’t have made it easier.

Do not rent from this location, they will not honor your reservations. After booking a van months in advance, I find out on the day I was supposed to pick it up that they do not have one available. No one even bothered to tell me ,I only found out when I called to confirm pick up time. The manager, David ,hung up on me when I asked for an explanation or alternate plan.
