Enterprise Truck Rental

I’m truly blown away by the staff at the N 4th Street location in San Jose. They went above and beyond my expectations, especially Isaac. Isaac helped me with my return of a 16’ box truck after a long day of moving. He made the return of the vehicle a breeze. He was quick and thorough making sure he did his part while respecting my time. The entire staff was friendly and acknowledged me the second I entered the building. The prices at Enterprise also can’t be beat compared to U-Haul or Home Depot. Five stars, would definitely use their service again!

Every time I need a rental truck, I go to Enterprise. Whether it's for personal or for business, they have by far the best rates and service. This branch specifically seems to be the best. They always have what I am looking for, and always have the greatest energy. Every time I'm there, the team is moving around like a well-oiled machine, yet they still manage to take care of everyone in a timely manner. Isaac is the branch manager here, he is very helpful and understanding, a real stand up guy.

Called to inquire about their services, was greeted kindly and with a welcoming voice. However after I stated my purpose of calling and my goal for their services the warm friendly person, turned cold, and was not willing to help me out. As a person who will only use this service once in awhile, I was unsure how it works or what I should do in my case. Hope others that call already know what they need before they call, for I got the sense it was all about speed at this place.

Isaac, Victoria, and Craig went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle I needed at a reasonable price and provided exceptional customer service! I highly recommend renting your truck from this location. You will be well taken care of!

Always a great experience, the staff are very friendly and attentive! I appreciate the fast help I get from staff and the cleanliness of the vehicles. Third year renting from them and I have never had a problem, everything is always smooth. I will choose Enterprise again for our next Utah trip!
