EP3

I waited 6 weeks for a simple bumper to be replaced, they blamed the work being sloppy on after market parts but I have other parts from a diff shop installed on my car that are seamless unlike what I came to pick up they are attempting to fix but the fact this what was presented as finished is not good. I wish I could add videos to show how off it is. I’m now still here waiting for them to attempt to install the bumper properly. I now have to come back a different day because of their inability to do the repair correctly. Aside from the poor repair job, I had to constantly be the one to reach out for updates for what was supposed to be a week at best minor repair. Although when we did speak I will say he was very respectful. I would not recommend or return here for services.

I recently took my Cadillac Escalade for a front bumper repair, and as anyone would be..I was really hesitant to have anyone work on it. After reading all the good reviews I decided this was the spot, and I do not regret it! Within a few days my truck was finished and looked brand new again. Bumper and paint job, Jorge and his team did an awesome job. Thank you so much!

EP3 did a fantastic job on repairing my Genesis GV70 on rear left panel area. It required some detail work. Their work exceeded my expectations. Would refer anyone in need of body work repairs to visit them. Great job EP3!!!

Damage to vehicle. 1 x gouge from a ram kit PS quarter panel . 1 x dent from brick on highway. 4 x rims cleaned up and painted. First 5 is the before, last one is the after. My experience with EP3 auto was way above expectations. Courtesies rendered are top notch. Jorge advised and called during the entire process. Which was a total of 5 days. They definitely earned my respect and confidence. Was the lowest price of 5 different shops I visited.

WOULDNT GET MY CAR PAINTED WITH THESE PEOPLE...THE 85 CHERRY REGAL IS MY CAR...AND THE PAINT IS PEELING. JORGE REFUSES TO FIX IT & BLAMES IT ON ME , HOW? I DONT HAVE A CLUE WHY!!! IM CURRENTLY IN THE WORKS OF SUING THEM FOR A FULL REFUND. THE PAINT IS PEELING ON THE HOOD AND THE TRUNK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHIESTY SHOP. THEY DONT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK!!!
